Our self-built standard factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters. Currently we have two production lines including recycled foam production line and sponge production line. The monthly production capacity can reach 100,000 inches of renewable sponge and 30,000 inches of finished sponge. Since our inception, our company has been focusing on the R&D and production of sponge. Now our company owns a professional technical development department and a number of capable dedicated team of employees. Our production of renewable sponge according to European RoHS environmental protection has passed SGS testing, mainly for the export of renewable sponge carpet pads, sofa cushions, clothing iron sets, sports equipment and so on. Currently we use the most advanced foam recycling technology, combining with our unique production process. The production of renewable sponge has a good result.
